 ** We recently had to make some changes to our policies and procedures for writing quotes 6 or more months in advance of the event date. Supply prices fluctuate over these timelines, making it difficult to quote this far in advance.    We reserve the right to adjust the quote and the final balance to reflect the beverage and supply price, up to the time we receive the final payment.  One-half of total as a down payment to reserve the date, and final payment is due no later than two weeks prior to the event date, but no earlier than two months prior to the event. **
